Work

Practical digital work, not decorative case-study theatre.

Morton Media helps businesses diagnose, fix, build, improve and automate the websites and digital systems they rely on. This page shows the kinds of problems the work is built around.

Definition

What "work" means here.

Some agencies present work as a gallery of glossy screenshots. Screenshots matter, but they rarely tell the whole story.

For Morton Media, the useful part of the work is often the diagnosis: finding why a website is slow, why forms are failing, why an online shop is underperforming, why content is not supporting search, or why the technical foundations are making everything harder than it needs to be.

The aim is practical improvement: clearer websites, stronger systems, fewer technical surprises and better digital foundations.

Where it shows up

Types of problems Morton Media helps solve.

Approach

How work is approached.

  1. Understand the actual problem

Before recommending tools or design, understand what is happening and what the business needs.

  2. Fix the useful things first

Not every problem deserves a rebuild. Not every rebuild should start with decoration.

  3. Build systems that can keep working

A useful website should be fast, maintainable, understandable and connected to the way the business actually operates.

Coming later

Case studies will be added carefully.

Detailed case studies will be added where they can be shown honestly and usefully.

Until then, this page avoids fake portfolio theatre. No invented client quotes, no mystery screenshots, no "results" graphs pulled from the enchanted drawer.

Next step

Got a website or digital system that needs a proper look?

Bring the problem, the goal, or the thing that keeps breaking. The work tends to fall out from there — usually faster than guessing.
