Fretboard Guide
A practice tool for guitarists who improvise and write.
Plenty of guitar apps teach chords. Fewer help with the awkward middle stage, where you can play but the fretboard is still a set of memorised shapes rather than somewhere you can move around freely.
Fretboard Guide is aimed at that stage, and at the two things that expose it fastest: improvising over changes, and writing something that does not fall back on the same three positions.
